The basics of using Orbit. Plain language, kept short.
Draft for review. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
What Orbit is
Orbit is software, provided by DotStark, that takes signals from your own TradingView strategy and places orders through your own Zerodha account. Orbit is not a broker, does not hold your money and does not give investment advice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your strategy and for every trade that it causes.
- You must have your own Zerodha account and follow Zerodha’s rules and terms.
- You keep your login and your broker keys private.
- You use Orbit only for lawful purposes and only with accounts that belong to you.
Risk
Trading in securities market is subject to market risks. Consult a SEBI registered advisor before investing.
Orders can be rejected, delayed or filled at a different price. We do not promise any result or profit. Read the full risk disclosure.
Availability
We work to keep Orbit running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Problems with your broker, the exchange, TradingView or your internet connection are outside our control.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, DotStark is not liable for trading losses or for loss caused by events outside our control. The exact wording of this section will be added after legal review.
Ending your use
You can stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
